About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs in delivering high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen, including stock management, waste reduction, and minimizing food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
