Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Draft, edit, and prepare a variety of communications, presentations, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests, including emails and phone communications.
- Attend significant meetings, documenting minutes and tracking action items.
- Compile reports, agendas, and materials for meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events and special projects.
- Support the CEO with various ad-hoc tasks and initiatives.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the CEO.
- Provide occasional support to the broader Senior Management Team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity, particularly supporting C-level executives.
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment is advantageous.
