Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at SRG. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high levels of performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement new network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, to meet the needs of our business.
  • Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements, and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their network-related queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Work closely with project teams to design, implement, and test new network architectures, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a network engineering or operations environment.
  • Skills: Industry-standard networking qualifications, experience with configuration and administration of routers and switches, exceptional customer relationship management skills, and strong technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise-level complex network infrastructures.
