About the Role

As a Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for preparing and posting month-end journals, producing timely financial reports, and investigating variances to budgets and forecasts.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journals, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Produce monthly management reports and commentary, following up on queries in a timely manner.
• Investigate variances to budgets and forecasts, presenting clear and concise explanations to the business.
• Provide analysis and insight to Finance Business Partners and budget holders, driving efficiencies and informing business decisions.
• Take ownership of certain cost and income budgets, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews.
• Ensure adherence to business processes and recommend new controls as required.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA professional with strong analytical skills, the ability to influence and challenge financial and non-financial managers, and experience within a finance function.
