Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team at Allen & Harris. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.
  • Work with and provide feedback to the residential team on progress to leads provided.

Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
