Job Summary
Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
About the Role
- Provide clinical expertise and leadership to the Outpatient Department, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration and current practicing certificate.
- Relevant clinical experience and expertise in outpatient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
