Programme Overview

Our comprehensive 3-year programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a leadership role. You'll have the opportunity to rotate through four critical business functions, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and another function of your choice.

Throughout the programme, you'll be mentored by a member of Takeda UK's Senior Leadership Team, ensuring you receive guidance and support from experienced professionals.

Requirements

We're seeking individuals with high levels of enthusiasm and commitment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
