Deputy Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Catering Manager to join our team.
Farnborough International is the go-to destination and organisation for the pioneers of today and tomorrow, famous for delivering world-class air shows and events.
As Deputy Catering Manager, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of catering operations on a day-to-day basis, running numerous outlets situated across the venue. You will also need to support a wide range of hospitality events and conferences.
If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent standards to our customers and excited to get off to a flying start, then we want you to join our team.
The role will require energy, confidence, problem-solving skills, and some previous supervisory experience. In return, you will receive training, great opportunities to progress, and get to work with people who enjoy what they do and offer great and fast service to all their customers.
You will have:
- Operational experience in multi-faceted catering retail environment or experience in a Junior Manager position.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills and an eye for attention to detail.
- Be commercially savvy and have good communication and IT skills.
