Job Title: Interim Property Project Manager

Selfridges is seeking an experienced Interim Property Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective project management of allocated new build, refurbishment, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain robust budgets and project compliance with Building Regulations, Fire & Life Safety Regulations, and H&S legislation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Senior Project Manager, Consultant team, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
  • Monitor and challenge project team performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Advanced project management skills, with experience in managing multiple medium/large-sized retail fitout and construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, F&LS legislation, and RIBA design process.
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate virtual teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Selfridges brand values and business goals.
