Your Role
We are currently seeking skilled Gas Engineers to join our Property Maintenance Gas team. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, focusing on the servicing and upkeep of gas appliances across our portfolio of domestic rental properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of gas appliances in approximately 10,500 homes.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the operational needs of the service.
  • Participate in a contractual call-out system, with additional compensation for standby and overtime work.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary along with various benefits, including:
  • Overtime rates at x1.1/3 for weekdays and x2 for bank holidays.
  • Unsocial hours allowance of up to 30% for late-night shifts.
  • Standby pay of £2.09 per hour, with a maximum daily rate.
