  • Review and take corrective action on surplus stock, slow stock, and aging stock.
  • Monitor and review all local orders outside of profiles and work with demand planners to understand variances and mitigate through FC amendments, profile amendments, and/or education of centre staff.
  • Work closely with logistics to manage outbound volume in line with business requirements, ensuring logistics constraints are correct for changing demand volumes.
  • Work closely with the inbound team to ensure retail availability is maximized through availability and net stock calculations.
  • Create contingency orders if the system fails to produce one.
  • Plan seasonal and promotional stock at retail centres.
  • Monitor slow sellers and take action to remove from profiles, reduce prices, or return stock as necessary.
  • Update and review system override user tables.
  • Produce business reports, such as aged stock reports and RC availability reports.
  • Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with any problems or delays by switching to alternate parts.
  • Coach, train, and supervise junior staff.
