Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Middletons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Serving Food and Drink: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Guest Queries: Be the first point of contact for any guest queries or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Shift Supervision: Supervise a shift, ensuring our guests receive high standards of service and want to return.
- Team Support: Support and motivate the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Events and Functions: Host and run events, conferences, and weddings, providing exceptional customer liaison and ensuring seamless execution.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who can ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. Previous experience in a busy food operation is essential, with supervisory experience desirable.
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Middletons, you will be flexible with your working hours, as our business is open all day, every day.
