Job Summary

Fulham Football Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Director to lead our Talent ID and Recruitment efforts. As a key member of our Academy Management Team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing young players who have the potential to become professional footballers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Player Identification: Lead the identification process of players in local regions across the Foundation Phase, working closely with the wider scouting department to identify and recruit talented young players.
  2. Talent Development: Coordinate the delivery of TID events across U9-12 age groups and support the coordination of the ADP for grassroots players, working alongside the YDP Recruitment Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young players.
  3. Scouting and Fixture Planning: Manage the coordination of scouts and fixture planning processes across your phase on a weekly basis, ensuring that our scouting efforts are optimized and our players are given the best possible opportunities to develop.
  4. Succession Planning: Support the Succession Planning process for players in your relevant age groups, working alongside other Talent ID and Recruitment staff to ensure that our players are given the best possible opportunities to progress to the next level.
  5. Player Transition: Support players transitioning away from the club to find a suitable next opportunity, working alongside other Talent ID and Recruitment staff to ensure that our players are given the best possible support and guidance.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the broader Academy MDT in relation to both recruitment and player development matters, ensuring that our efforts are aligned and our players are given the best possible support.
