This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 16 hours of work spread over 3 days each week, with additional overtime possibilities. Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday is essential.

You will ensure high standards of customer service, providing expert advice on shoe care, handbags, and accessories tailored to customer needs. Collaborating closely with the store management team, you will motivate and assist your colleagues in cultivating a customer-centric culture, delivering sincere, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guidance on our products.
Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Team Leader
£12.59 per hour
Following the completion of the necessary retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.67 per hour.

Daily Responsibilities as our Team Leader
- Assist the management team in the daily operations of the store while coaching and developing the team to achieve key performance indicators.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, providing guidance on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, being open to questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for personal and store performance alongside the management team.
- Embody the values of Pavers, consistently leading by example.
