Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our client's Highways department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information, advice, and services to customers on behalf of the client, and to provide information and advice on the services of other national and local agencies
- Take responsibility for resolving queries or completing action arising from customer enquiries and to act as an advocate, to progress and chase on behalf of the customer
- Refer customers, wherever appropriate, to professional specialist staff
- Complete forms on behalf of customers
- Provide information to back office/service area staff regarding customer needs, and identifying service improvements
- Record and maintain an electronic record of customer details and their individual service requests
Requirements:
- Strong call centre/contact centre experience
- Great customer service and IT skills
- Confident telephone manner and reactiveness to instruction
About the Role:
This is a temporary full-time role working in the client's office in Worcester. You will be required to act as a first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, taking appropriate action to service requests and providing an efficient and effective service for all users.
