We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Lecturer to join our team at the College of West Anglia.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students on our electrical courses, including Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum materials, assess student progress, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops to students on electrical courses
- Develop and implement curriculum materials, including lesson plans and assessments
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and teaching strategies
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Cert Ed
- Experience of teaching electrical subjects at a further education level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- A willingness to contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and teaching strategies
