About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Innserve Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop our existing customer base to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers and in adjacent markets
  • Deliver project work and ensure timely completion of customer projects
  • Represent Innserve in customer-facing situations, building strong relationships and driving process simplification to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support contract negotiation for new business and retenders, and act as an engagement advocate to tell customer stories internally
Requirements
  • High levels of commercial awareness and experience of managing large corporate customers in a service industry
  • Strong attention to detail, data-led approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Ability to identify concerns quickly and implement immediate plans to resolve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions
  • Flexible outlook, adaptable, and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Preferable experience of having already worked in a customer environment within the service industry, possibly from a sales, customer service, key accounts, or account management background
  • A business qualification - BSc/BA/MSc/MA in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential
