As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical construction operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Direct and oversee daily electrical construction operations, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with project designs, specifications, and industry benchmarks.

- Conduct routine site evaluations to assess progress and quality of work.

- Lead and mentor the team to guarantee superior workmanship and promptly address any performance concerns.

- Establish and uphold quality assurance procedures in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

- Maintain precise records and documentation prepared for review or submission to senior management.

- Develop weekly and daily work schedules to ensure objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

- Strong background in electrical trades and qualifications in electrical installations.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role within the construction sector.

- BS7671:2018 Edition Regulations qualifications, along with C&G 2391 or 2394, 2395 are essential for safe and effective performance in this role.

- SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications are preferred.

- ECS or Safety Passport H&S qualifications.

- First Aid knowledge is advantageous.

- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

- Proficient in utilizing construction management software and tools.

- Valid driver's license and the capability to travel to various job sites as required.
