Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Milbanke Residential Care Home in Kirkham. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 24.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. We offer a competitive salary of £23,152 per annum pro rata, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, including mobility and continence care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
