About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community and Events Fundraising Executive to join our team at Sedulo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to make positive change in the communities we work in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to build strong relationships with local businesses and charities.
  • Plan and execute high-quality events and hospitality experiences that showcase Sedulo's commitment to corporate social responsibility.
  • Work closely with our senior management team and Heads of Departments to respond to hospitality requests and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and People & Culture teams to develop innovative ideas for team socials, wellbeing initiatives, and external events.
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, and catering for special events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality, events, or a related field, with a strong background in customer service and event management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
