About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forecast Analyst to join our International Consumer - Service Operations Team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association.

Key Responsibilities
  • Short-Term Forecasting: Develop and maintain short-term forecasting models to predict contact volumes across multiple channels and contact types, ensuring accurate staffing requirements based on historical trends and business growth objectives.
  • Long-Term Forecasting: Establish a statistical baseline forecast for all departments, providing clear communication of forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, and inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze forecast vs demand volumes, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to optimize staffing levels.
  • WFM Platform Management: Maintain intraday patterns on the WFM platform, ensuring seamless integration with scheduling and real-time teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Planning team to ensure understanding and requirements with scheduling and real-time teams, and provide clear communication of forecasted workload and changes.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Planning, Time Management, and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Financial Services Experience: Previous experience in financial services, preferably in contact center or forecasting roles.
  • Forecasting Experience: Experience in short-term and long-term forecasting, preferably using statistical models and data analysis techniques.
  • WFM Experience: Familiarity with WFM platforms and ability to maintain intraday patterns.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas and data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
