Quality Assurance Role at The Sterling Choice

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products within a manufacturing or food production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and logging customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with GMP, system, glass, and hard plastic standards
  • Calibrating key QA equipment to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Performing product testing, including ATP and microbiological tests, to ensure processing equipment meets safety standards
  • Providing support to QA specialists and technical officers during breaks, holidays, or sickness, which may involve shift work

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
