About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition, utilizing advanced techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art spray booth
  • Ensure vehicles are properly masked and prepared for painting
  • Mix and match colors to achieve precise matches
  • Inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Perform high-volume repairs in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter/Prepper who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for planning your workload effectively, working safely under pressure, and carrying out work to the highest standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
