Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our team. As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our bar team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including meetings and events.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a vibrant atmosphere and seamless service.
- Support the bar team in providing exceptional customer experiences and coaching them to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the bar operates efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the bar experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a food and beverage environment.
- Knowledge of bar products, including spirits, wines, beers, ales, and cocktails.
- Understanding of cellar management, stock control, and rotation.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Enthusiasm for creating an exceptional bar experience.
