Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and drive continuous improvement in our industrial manufacturing site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance team, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance activities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance projects
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers and engineers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
