About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Autoparts & Diagnostics Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and dispatching correct parts, and liaising with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding parts availability and pricing.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient dispatch of parts.
