Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing food items for delivery
  • Checking the quality of food items
  • Operating a forklift truck
  • Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Ability to lift weights of up to 25kg
  • Comfortable working in a cool environment
  • Own transport to get to work
