  • Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work towards sales and service goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Utilita Energy as an ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers and the wider community.
  • Collaborate with local charities and organizations, making a positive impact and promoting our charitable foundation, 'Utilita Giving.'
Requirements
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer contact channels, including face-to-face, live chat, and phone support.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face-to-face or telephony, is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of energy-related concepts and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
