Job Title: Travel Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to specialise in crafting unique travel experiences in South East Asia. As a key member of our team at Rockpool Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for understanding clients' travel needs and preferences to create tailor-made itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Sales & Coordination: Meet sales targets while managing all aspects of bookings to ensure a seamless trip for clients.
  • Product Development: Assist with the development of new travel products and services to meet client demands.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales & Service: Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, with a talent for closing bookings and maintaining client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
