Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to support an individual with severe anxiety in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the individual in addressing their anxiety and promoting independence in accessing activities outside of their home environment.
  • Accompany the individual on visits to various places and assist in engaging with agreed activities.
  • Develop a friendly and professional relationship with the individual.
  • Gradually extend the individual's experience of places outside of the home as their anxiety becomes controlled and confidence increases.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in interpersonal work with individuals experiencing severe anxiety.
  • Able to respond appropriately and help the individual manage anxiety when out and about.
  • Knowledge or experience of working with autism and ADHD desirable.
  • Own car and willingness to travel in the Staffordshire area required.

Working Hours: 6 hours per week, to be arranged flexibly on a weekly basis.

Benefits: Business insurance will be required.
