Caretaking Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caretaking Supervisor to lead our team of caretakers in ensuring high standards of cleaning, safety, and security on our estates. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the team to deliver a high-quality service, ensuring that clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the standard of work performance across the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Carry out regular inspections of blocks and estates to ensure compliance with our service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
