Job Title: Working Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to oversee fit-out projects in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in joinery and fit-out projects, with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the fit-out of bars, pubs, and restaurants.
  • Lead a team of tradespeople, with a focus on joinery work.
  • Interpret and execute design plans to exact specifications.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary.
  • Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Order and manage materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
