Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at the Amex Stadium.

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures relating to the service of food and beverages in our premium lounges.
  • Provide excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure that all Challenge 25 instructions are followed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Have a fun and affable nature, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
