We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our London office and contribute to the success of our team. As a leading independent consulting engineering firm, we offer a dynamic and diverse work environment that fosters growth and career progression.

As a Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering mechanical engineering systems at the highest level using the latest software design packages. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and support staff to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing mechanical engineering systems for a range of project types and sizes.
  • Leading mechanical services design on large projects and taking the overall lead on small to medium-sized projects.
  • Developing initial strategic concepts for projects to ensure solutions meet the brief and regulatory standards.
  • Ensuring solid technical delivery in your work, either alone or as part of a team.
  • Working with the team leader to monitor fee expenditure, resources, and work delivered.
  • Maintaining a high reputation within the local industry and adhering to QM and risk control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Experience across a range of projects, with a focus on workplace projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead on projects as required.
