Factory Worker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiller Operative to join our team at our Wisbech factory. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Conduct daily machine safety checks and report any issues to the Line Leaders and engineers.
- Monitor and record production metrics, including packs per minute (PPM), to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and film usage.
- Liaise with Line Leaders and engineers to resolve any production issues or concerns.
- Adhere to 'World Class' standards at all times.
- Previous experience working in a food factory, preferably in a salad production environment.
- Good level of English and maths skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
