Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from £53,000 to £58,000 annually, complemented by a Civil Service Pension.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Operational Risk and Resilience, you will:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the PPF's Operational Resilience and Business Continuity initiatives.
2. Assist in identifying external and emerging risks while developing and maintaining comprehensive response resources, including business continuity plans and incident management protocols.
3. Conduct regular Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) evaluations, along with risk aggregation and reporting activities.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, ideally within professional or financial services sectors.
- A commitment to pursuing or holding a Business Continuity Planning Certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
