Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a Practicing Certificate in England and Wales.
  • Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1 to 3 years in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Our client offers a supportive and friendly working environment, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
