About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at HRC Recruitment. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to vulnerable adults in the Scottish Borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their own personal outcomes
  • Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
  • Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
  • Update care plans accordingly
