We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Peebles. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Take full responsibility in the Store Manager's absence
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring high standards of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining visual merchandising, and maximising sales
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Work with the manager to generate stock
