Regional Design Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Design Manager to join our team in the Midlands office. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing design activities across the region.

About the Role:

The Regional Design Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance. This will involve managing a team of designers, project teams, and coordinating with other departments to provide technical leadership and ensure design solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of designers and project teams to deliver design solutions that meet company standards and client requirements.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure design solutions are aligned with project goals and regulatory compliance.
  3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to designers and project teams to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Regional Design Manager or similar role in a Main Contractor.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing design teams and projects.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
