Our Systems Engineering team is tasked with identifying client challenges and devising effective solutions. Our expertise spans the entire lifecycle, from Requirements Engineering and Architecture Development to Systems Analysis, Integration, Verification, Validation, and Testing, extending to Sustainment, Disposal, and Replacement. With team members actively involved in professional organizations, we offer technical leadership and a reliable service grounded in best practices, placing systems thinking at the core of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Advisor, you will leverage your skills and knowledge throughout the Systems Engineering lifecycle, with specific duties varying based on project requirements.

Your role may involve leading a technical team on short-term assignments, delivering evidence-based analysis and recommendations to address technical challenges. Alternatively, you may participate in long-term, large-scale initiatives, collaborating within a team to produce deliverables as part of a comprehensive service or solution. Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including government agencies and various sectors within the defense and non-defense industries.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating the execution of technical consulting projects.
  • Designing and implementing systems engineering methodologies to address real-world challenges.
  • Creating and utilizing analytical tools and techniques, including innovative approaches as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in scientific, mathematical, or capability analysis techniques, along with a proven track record of developing technical solutions to business challenges. Candidates should have expertise in some or all of the following areas:

  • Experience in Space Systems, Telecommunications and Network Systems, Military Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) Systems, or Digital Engineering practices such as Modeling and Simulation or Digital Twins.
  • Familiarity with the Systems Engineering lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering, utilizing digital tools and models throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture or domain-specific architecture, including the use of frameworks like TOGAF or NAF.
  • Expertise in Requirements Engineering and related tools, such as IBM DOORS or equivalent.
  • Development and management of Capability and Technology roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder engagement, including facilitation of workshops.
  • Understanding and application of Service Management practices such as ITIL.
  • Possession of professional registration with a relevant organization or a commitment to pursue such registration.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo an internal baseline personnel security standard check prior to employment.
  • Eligibility to complete a United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearance application to the Security Check (SC) level upon employment commencement.
