About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services Ltd.

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling the entire booking process from start to finish, working closely with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and experienced advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure total satisfaction
  • Creating new and exciting ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing accounts and clients
  • Working with the team to resolve any client complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Getting confident with our CRM BeConcierge
  • Using effective sales/questioning techniques to close the sale and reach sales targets
  • Monitoring and communicating client feedback
Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate about Luxury Travel and Lifestyle
  • Good knowledge of the destinations in the UK
  • Total commitment and real motivation
  • Ability to work under significant pressure
  • Good knowledge of pricing/costing and quick math ability
  • Prior travel industry experience and university background in travel or hospitality
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary starting from GBP 36,000 / GBP 44,000 annum, plus great incentives depending on seniority. A MacBook and iPhone are provided, and the candidate must already reside in London.
