Seed Plant Operative Harvest Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading agricultural business as measured by industry standards. Based at our site, we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full-time temporary basis through our seasonal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be part of a small team whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Driving to farms following our Mobile Seed Processing Plant in a company vehicle
  • On farm you will be processing farm saved seed
  • Assisting with setting up the processor
  • Checking the quality of bags to be filled
  • Liaising with the operator to maintain good levels of stock
  • Ensuring the site/machinery is clean, tidy and Health and safety processes are always adhered to
  • To establish good and safe working practices
  • Always Providing a high level of service and customer care

Requirements and Benefits:

No previous experience is required however, Agricultural, Engineering or Grain handling experience would be an advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving license is required for this role.
