Business Development Manager

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the South region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a high-quality range of architectural metalwork and fabrication products, including aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, facade systems, and insulated panels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to target specialist facades, rainscreen, and curtain walling sub-contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors and architects
- Work on projects in both the residential and commercial market sectors, including hotels, universities, hospitals, and office blocks
- Manage project sizes ranging from £20k to £1m
- Proven field sales experience selling related systems, such as cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, and insulation
- Successful sales experience with specialist facades, rainscreen, and curtain walling sub-contractors
- Technical knowledge and ability to overcome technical queries
- Commercially astute, professional, organized, and a logical thinker
- Positive, professional, and customer service-oriented
