Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a dual role combining responsibilities of an Integration Engineer and a BIM specialist, facilitating coordination between clients and design teams.
  • Perform hands-on BIM and integration tasks, maintaining a balanced focus on both areas.
  • Experience in Nuclear, Submarine, or Facilities Integration is preferred.
  • Create comprehensive layout drawings in accordance with engineering specifications and designs.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and engineers to ensure layout accuracy and practicality.
  • Offer technical assistance during construction phases, resolving any layout-related challenges.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate layout needs and implement necessary modifications.
  • Utilize CAD software for the creation and alteration of layout designs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Background in Design and Construction, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Possession of HNC, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant multi-disciplinary field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in design and construction is necessary.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in BIM processes throughout the design and construction lifecycle are essential.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Experience with integration projects and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficient in Revit and Navisworks.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
  • Comprehensive design and construction experience.
  • Ability to showcase relevant knowledge and skills in BIM throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
Working Environment:
  • Remote work with occasional site visits (up to once a month).
  • BPSS Clearance is mandatory - only for British nationals.
