Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer to join our Business Applications function to enhance and optimise our use of the Microsoft Power Platform with Dynamics 365. As a Senior Developer, you will have a key role in the development and ongoing improvement of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms estate to support our business operations and growth goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Development & Coding: Lead the coding and development of innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
  2. Solution Support & Improvement: Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing solutions, ensuring appropriate governance and support documentation is in place.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work as the technical lead within the change portfolio for the Power Platforms and Dynamics 365, communicating necessary updates to stakeholders across the business.
  4. Solution Design: Lead the technical design and architecture of our solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Automate, and PowerApps, liaising with group functions to ensure our solution adheres to group standards across architecture, security, and integration.
  5. Performance & Monitoring: Ensure adequate monitoring for each solution is in place, and that the necessary processes and procedures are in place to respond to alerts and incidents, ensuring that environments are sized correctly, and end-user solutions perform within accepted parameters.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Senior Developer working with Power Platforms/Dynamics 365.
  2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365.
  3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  4. Experience at leading a team of developers.
  5. Experience with data integration and migration.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
