About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work a rota that includes every other weekend, with 42 hours per week.
