Job Title: Head of Data Analytics

Our client, Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Analytics to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the business analysis team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address key challenges and capitalize on market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
  • Lead efforts to analyze and streamline business processes across functions, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Proactive and keen to drive collaborative work to identify, investigate, and solve problems.
  • Experienced facilitator who can bring disparate people together to create agreement and alignment.
  • Ability to lobby and consider senior stakeholders at board room level.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
