VAT Manager Position

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled VAT Manager to join our finance leadership team. As a VAT Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our tax strategy, advising senior finance team members on tax matters, and overseeing tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Tax Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive tax strategy that aligns with Pro-Tax's business objectives.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to senior finance team members on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee tax compliance, managing a team of two members to ensure accurate and timely tax returns.
- Expert Advice: Provide expert advice to finance colleagues and wider business units on tax-related matters.
- Professional Qualification: Hold a professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
- VAT Background: Possess a strong VAT background with a desire to cover all taxes.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure, identify and resolve complex problems, and prioritize workload effectively.
