Job Title: Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our boutique sales team at Overfinch. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for increasing efficiency and profitability within our small team, working closely with our Head of UK Sales to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to day-to-day UK vehicle sales enquiries and schedule appointments for customers to view and test drive vehicles.
- Maintain favourable relations with existing vehicle sales customers and identify opportunities to upsell vehicles.
- Process payments for deposits toward the sale of vehicles and ensure all paperwork is fully completed in line with the Company sales process.
- Develop relations with sports, media, entertainment, and HNW customers and respond to their enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell vehicles and present these to the Head of UK Sales for approval.
- Carry out regular training in respect of vehicle finance and maintain accurate records of existing and new customer information through the company database.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in Business, Sales, or an equivalent discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least five years' progressive experience in automotive or luxury sales.
- An awareness of the Overfinch brand and/or a willingness to learn.
- Significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
